Back to School Bash 2026

Join us for the annual Back-To-School Bash with Public Safety and Community Partners to kick off the 2026/2027 school year. This year, the City of Griffin Public Safety Departments teamed up with InSpalding, The Griffin-Spalding County School System, Griffin GA, the Spalding County Sheriff's Office, City Church, and Wellstar Spalding Medical Center to bring the Back-To-School Bash to City Park and provide 750 backpacks with school supplies to students in our community.

The event will include a backpack giveaway with school supplies to the first 750 elementary to high school students, a free family cookout with Law Dogs, a community resource fair, a dance party with DJ Tronic, inflatables, touch-a-truck, giveaways, and Movie In The Park with City Church at 7:30pm featuring Zootopia 2.
