You’re invited to celebrate Georgia Arbor Day on Saturday, February 22, 2025, with a FREE tree giveaway from 10am to 2pm. The City of Griffin and the Griffin Environmental Council are hosting this event in partnership with the Griffin-Spalding County Library. One tree per person while supplies last. Yellow Poplar, Redbud, and Dogwood trees will be available.
An official Georgia Arbor Day Proclamation will be held on Tuesday, February 11th, at the City of Griffin Commission Meeting at One Griffin Center, 100 South Hill Street.
