Professional Bio

My mission is to help individuals become stronger and more confident within themselves and then in turn within their organizations. My skills as a leadership consultant and facilitator encourage and help individuals engage in a process of their own discovery.

Both highly analytical and intuitive, I am particularly skilled at challenging and helping others find their solutions for situations concerning leadership and organizational issues. My particular areas of interest are in the restaurant world and nonprofits. Both industries serve people in unique ways, but the owners and founders may see the issues of leadership and change as monumental challenges. I work with them to break those challenges into real time strategies to grow and to reconnect with their mission for forming their organization in the beginning!

An accomplished speaker, I am passionate about challenging leaders in business to look at the way they lead. I firmly believe in the value of influence and that “It is in the eye of the leader that visions come alive” and that “great leaders inspire others to achieve great things together".
