Ruby Evans Leak is a visionary leader, transformational life coach, author, and women's empowerment speaker. She is the founder of Evolve Tranzishenz Houz Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization founded in 2020 that provides shared housing and holistic support for women reintegrating into society after incarceration.

In 2013, Ruby launched The GrandLade Brand™, a trademarked, purpose-driven lifestyle label that redefines what it means to be a modern grandmother—bold, stylish, resilient, and full of purpose. What began as a mission of love has grown into a powerful movement that inspires people of all ages to embrace their identity with confidence. She is the author of Loving Yourself From the Inside Out and Unclutter Your Mind: Transform Your Mind, Renew Your Life, and she continues to share her message at prisons, churches, schools, conferences, and special events. Ruby volunteers with the Georgia Department of Corrections and serves with the Prison Ministry at her church, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
