Learn the difference between being a “Caregiver” and a “Care Partner.” Gain a better understanding about the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Learn practical tools and approaches for improving quality of life and well-being for all, including individuals who are living with dementia. Explore ideas, resources and information to help you navigate your caregiving journey and learn where to turn for help.
