Griffin - Spalding County Community Health Fair

Plan to come to the health fair on March 9th at the Spalding County Senior Center! Not just for seniors! Anyone 18 and older can be screened. Multiple community healthcare providers will be offering free screenings. Screenings offered:(SAMPLE list; not all-inclusive)
Cholesterol with lipids and glucose- WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital, 5 Wishes- Brightmoor Hospice, hearing- Connect Hearing,Head and neck cancer screening and BMI- Mcintosh Trail/McMed Urgent Care, macular degeneration screening- Takle Eye Group, Hemoglobin A1C- Rock Springs Clinic, Medication Take Back- Spalding County Sheriff's Office, Used sharps take back- WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital, Vision- Griffin Lion's Club, Dental-Southside Medical Center/Hope Health, HIV and Hep C- Spalding County Health Department, Fall risk at home-Suncrest Home Health, Foot measuring and arch screening-Field Foot and Ankle, Blood pressure- Atlanta Heart Associates, SAGE(Alzheimers/dementia screening)- Alzheimer's Association in conjunction with Columbus Memory Center and more!
