Annual Shop Local Campaign to start on November 12th!
In an effort to support local shops that make our communities strong, American Express launches Small Business Saturday® on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to encourage people to Shop Small and bring more holiday shopping to small businesses.
The Griffin+Spalding Chamber of Commerce participates in a Passport program to encourage shoppers to do their Holiday shopping locally November and December. You can pick up your Passport at any participating business or at the Chamber located inside the Griffin Welcome Center, 143 North Hill Street.
Simply visit the participating businesses, have your Passport stamped and turn in your completed Passport at the end of the campaign to be eligible for prizes donated by participating businesses.
